Music for Plays

Anne and Rob can play live music for dramatic productions, especially for the plays of Shakespeare or other plays set in the Renaissance, and for plays using old-time music. "The Taming of the Shrew” and “Quilters” are favorites of Anne and Rob, as they have performed in multiple productions of those plays. A new favorite is Benjamin Britten's opera "Noye's Fludde." Anne and Rob played recorders in the recent production by Christ Church Grosse Pointe, with Rob taking the lovely alto recorder solo.
